The Digi OCS has changed to the new MyDigi, which I can't find the T-Pin. I think I accidentally deleted the T-Pin SMS too. Sigh.
*
and why did you need that T-pin? In case you need to key in the T-pin, there will be option to reset the pin.

My internet pretty much slower than average today, got 1.9gb left out of 7gb. Still got 8 days till next cycle. Is this what called congested line? Change 4g, H, and E also same.

Yup, Digi is congested now, my broadband rarely can get 1mbps during 6-12pm..

Should we log some reports? It's suck when I used to browse smoothly then suddenly hang all day.

They are quite smart too. With that 7 days limit and a huge quota, surely quota won't easily finished. At first I thought that until bill cycle finished but 7 DAYS? How I'm gonna finish that a lot of quota. Haish DiGi 😑

for kaki Youtube HD or downloader, that's rather cheap.

If your current plan is not a plan that is not offered anymore, u can always port back what if you don't like Celcom 80  laugh.gif

Anyway, you can get a celcom prepaid and test it out to see whether it works well for you or not  laugh.gif

Mine is SP75, good enough. But wanna try something new.

QUOTE(kit2 @ Mar 22 2016, 11:34 PM)
i believe celcom still collects registration fee disguised as advance fee, meaning for the first month you pay 2x the monthly fee. unless they waive for you, please don't take up celcom's offer thinking that you can back out if you find you don't like celcom. the startup cost is high.
*
any confirmation on this?

good for business, but there's some rule to avoid their sms system crash. Put delay each sms delivery.
Their system isn't build for business. Plus nowadays, people rarely use SMS.

happened to me with basic 38, and to another poster.

be careful when you sign up. there is advance fee in the tnc but no elaboration or any indication if it will be refunded unlike umobile's.
ask them, quiz them.

UPDATE: it's called advance payment.

QUOTE(Kyoshiro @ Mar 23 2016, 12:08 PM)
No, Celcom did not charge me any advance payment.
I went there filled up the form and collected the new sim card, that's it.
*
I think I'd better go visit nearest Celcom shop.

Hhmm... That's weird.

I've asked them (Digi) via email about MNP and fees for one of their plans (Digi Postpaid 68). According to them, they will collect advance payment and it will be credited back on first month bill.
*
There is no advance payment for MNP, I've asked Celcom Staff just now.
Only pay the bill for when needed.
