idk if i should be mad on the staff or not. I even ask her to check on system about it, and she told me to come again on 29 Feb, which supposedly 1 month plus since my last upgrade. 29 Feb is the last day of the offer. Thanks for the info. Maybe I should log some compaint about this to their CS? No?

yeah, will do that tomorrow. or maybe I just wait till my current SP65 data finish up? biggrin.gif
Well I'm not in rush, but being cheated like that is something not good. They said that with confident. Very bad.
Will do compaint too later.

Hi all, i wanna ask if DIGI prepaid internet is suitable for online gaming in highly congested area such as condominium. I'm currently thinking of getting my personal broadband solely for gaming as most of the time i use Wifi shared with housemates. I've check the coverage map and it shows that the area that i stayed in has 4G LTE-A coverage. How reliable is that information from DIGI website coverage checker? I live in high floor of condominium will DIGI coverage reach?
*
I've been using Digi for few year already. Played Dota 2 with Digi Network you will get ping 60ms+. Other game also playable as long as it's high speed internet not the capped 64kbps one.

Last time when Celcom started RM 38 3GB promotion, everyone went there, now Digi's turn to offer RM 75 7GB then everyone's started to change to this plan  laugh.gif

Too bad my Digi number is under corporate line, cannot change, will stick with my personal Celcom RM 38 plan for now, 3GB is a lot for me, rarely use over 1GB per month TBH, if change to this 7GB plan then really overflow  sweat.gif

7gb data meaning no need to worry to fully utilize my smartphone. if using Opera Max surely plenty more data saving.

still left 29 days until contract due,
if change to sp 75 will got any penalty?
last time change from non contract to idigi 50 no penalty since only left 3 days..
but this still got many days...
and how much the penalty...
*
if from contracted digi to other digi plan, no penalty for within 2 months contract left. The thing, I'm not sure if that only apply to contracted plan to another contract plan too. As far as I understand, as long as we stay under Digi, they won't bother much.

Hi guys, I just contact this fella on fb, who said can bypass limitation on my sp65v to sp75v (which been told by Digi Store staff about need to use at least 1 month before next upgrade). Then I asked him to check if really got such limitation on my account. Gave him phone no, and ic no. Few minutes later I got my plan upgraded already.

My plan is to wait till my sp65v internet quota finished first which still left 2gb data. Since the upgrade process already done, should I just proceed or I can request revert back? It's all done via fb, no confirmation what so ever. Should be debatable right?

Posting here just so I can see the replies. Signed up on phone successfully, but don't have a username/password to use to login on any other device... seems kind of pointless if you can only use cellular data to watch iFlix since the 7GB will disappear in a day.
*
Nope, that's not totally correct. Digi line only required during app download & activation. Once activated, you can turn wifi and watch with it. To display on tv, you just get chromecast. smile.gif

Hi guys,

I would like ask about SP75 in terms of its internet quota.

First, is it a Full Solid 7GB or otherwise?

if it is otherwise, pls state clearly here what it is about (eg. 3gb+4gb / etc).

Further, could we still use the normal but slower internet when that 7GB is used up?

Or it is done when 7GB is out and have to top up additional charges in order to use the internet?

Any answer is appreciated.

Thanks
*
yes solid 7gb can use whole day 24hours until finish.
after 7gb used, basic internet will be applied.
topup only if you want to use your normal speedy internet.

Now I realize SP75 didn't come with unlimited SMS to any network. Hmm, kinda a bummer.

A small disadvantage but customers who wants more data are likely to be tech savvy people who are already using messaging apps.

Yes, if they got another plan support unlimited SMS on top of unlimited call & 7gb data, I'd take it.
It's for SMS blasting, for announcement and promotion purpose.

Now, I only see Celcom offer both call & sms unlimited at RM80. 5gb seems enough. 7gb still overkill at moment. Can't find reason to finish with just daily usage.
Need to download things purposely to finish quota up.

Anyone know how to get the T-Pin for Digi Customer Service? I searching up and down also can't find where to get, wanted to call them to activate call waiting instead of voicemail.

Thank you
