for the first batch it's usually shorter.

So.. different places (different camps) , different ways of the NS teaching (experience: food,time,activities) huh?

First batch gets 2 month , 10 Days.

That's why a lot are applying for Batch 1 from Batch 2 & 3

Yar, cause the trainer isn't the same and they have their own style of teaching....

Does this include the CNY holiday ? If not

I got on January 2 and back on Mac 10 doesn't include CNY yet.. CNY I think is 5 days? forgotten..

Guys , I wanna ask if you fall sick at the camp , then you said you wanna go to hospital , but the trainers dont allow you to do so , what are you going to do ?

Can scold them ? lolol , coz previously I read up got many deaths is happening , in fact I think every year also got , what to do if they dont send you to hospital if you're really sick , cant endure much .

adoi M16 only.. if every trainees can try AK47, MG43, TPG sniper, Drive a tank, Fly a jet, be in a AC130 gunship then everyone sure love NS until dunwan to leave lol

eh? first batch always shorter time? my seniors said 2nd and 3rd batch shorter time (not exactly 3 months) and the first batch is 3 months. lol. I think it all depend on the camp ehhh...

Singaporean NS is 2 years, not all of the guys enjoy it, but you do get the chance to play with military equipments, if I'm not wrong, it really depends on where you're stationed at, some of them get to play with the stuff available for their division, e.g. Artillery, Armour, etc. some even got to mess around with Howitzers and Leopard 2 tanks... Singapore has many times more tanks than Malaysia...

first batch shorter time.. 2nd batch u can leave half way by just telling them u wanna continue studying STPM...

Yeap the choice is entirely yours. Stopping halfway means u won't probably get the chance to use the m16.

I got first batch last time, around 2 months + 15 days I think, not really remember.
CNY got break for a few days.
The first month they have the CB Class (Character Building) and I can tell you that is the most boring time in my life.
I would really died of boredom back there.

After physical training session starts, things get better.
For future candidates, remember to steal some bullets as a souvenir when you go for the M16 shooting, we stole a few but now hilang semua already
