As for Nu Sentral, the footfall is improving. There are a few issues when I spoke to DTZ retail director recently. But some tenants like foodcourt, cinema, bowling are improving.

I was quite concern about the Height. It's quite scary when taking escalator as the mall is too high. Most of the major F&B are located at the top because they wanted the traffic to walk up to your McD, etc. But this point is not too strong as most commuters don't have the luxury of time to walk up walk down. MRCB merely sold off their 51% stake because it was a JV to begin with - I thought is a good move as a company like them shouldn't have too many assets over capital.

Ok I'm not gonna talk too much about Nu Sentral here as this is not the right topic.

Ya the nuS escalator height Sibeh scary jialat. Ask them add another high transparent wall at outside the escalator. If not someday some one going to fall down from there.

Sh*t I felt sunway Putra mall will have same stupid escalator issue

Of cos..both also jialat location but close to MV n KL Sentral but southbank pricing more reasonable.. this one no mall (lucky) n jus gona be apartment n sovo/sogo/soxo which will all be resi in the end of d day.. retail plaza more suitable here..

I don't really call that convenience...

bangsar south more convenient in that case...

Future Ecocity with LRT confirm can reach ecocity from bsar south.. 9seputih got imaginary monorail which maybe start after 9Seputih VP..but 40+floors is nice but layout will be weird la icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif

9s river is link to Midvalley river right? Do they going to build a walk way along the river sambung to Midvalley? Kl river project sampai here boh?

Hi bro, btr avoid registering with louya workmanship developers like mcrb.. I heard many opis in sentral got serious leaking once in a while n even happen to new tower.. Everytime can see them promoting in tht NU mall of theirs (many tenants thr losing money but can see some doing well like VS, sepora, hnm etc brows.gif brows.gif
