Yes they did sell those.. but do know that the asking n trasacted rental in NuS is around the same as MV.. although im sure many(not all) of those fashion shops thr are losing money cos ppl jus walk to monorail only.. tourists say same like all other malls.. all foreign brands.. we want ur local stuff..

bean counter, NuS got no concept n jus choose those high end tenant like godivaz n body works which cant depend on the commuter crowd.. this mall shld have been a mid end mall..
Also too many floors..they shld have reduced 1 floor n use the plot ratio for the empty office towers which they sold off also..
Developer selling off their main mall in their main development shows a lack of dedication for the area..
Look like they give up liao. Sure under pressure kena screw kaw kaw by the tenants there. Angry tenants no play play. I saw some mall management head n team kena screw upside down by angry tenant during mall annual meeting.
Not logic to set high rent as Mv. Mv very do their work to improve the mall. Manyak tenants happy to pay high rental. This lazy mrcb team just took center transport hub for granted.
Mv don't have Big money face like Sunway, setiamall and pavilion. Mv don't mind offer dirt cheap rental or even Foc to loyalty tenant for 1 month event purpose. As long as the tenant put more effort to deco the place nicely.
Yup nuS should have more local brands. Macam high end version of pasar seni. Should be quite nice.
