Old Klang Road seems to be booming now. Does anyone know if this development is easily accessible by public transport? I heard that there will be a monorail project. Is this true? Any light on this?

why uoa land can be freehold and 9 seputeh is leasehold? both are very near. to me .. 9 seputeh price is a bit too high and it's a leasehold property.
