if the Monorail/MRT is confirmed + freehold + lower psf + more smaller units + nicer facade design i am sure it will be BBBB project. the current design and color is too boring and layout also "3 tip 8 angle".
try design something like this lar ... ppl don't mind paying more for nice design.  |

why uoa land can be freehold and 9 seputeh is leasehold? both are very near. to me .. 9 seputeh price is a bit too high and it's a leasehold property.
