It happen to me once at NPE was doing conner 110km/h and hard brake because of some idiot driver

200km/h too fast for PE even it's still stable , for me PE ideal speed was 120-140km/h at highway, because the car noise and acceleration feel comfortable at that speed. and RPM should be around 3k RPM and can feel the torque when accelerate

neo using same engine but with-out IAFM right? last week on highway way back skudai to melaka neo was tailgating me, i try play accelerating with him but seem he cant catch-up me, after 180 it's like magnet near come to me than i give the road. it got more top speed maybe because it's manual, i playing the accelerating without drop gear.

ya lar... when u heavy fool... the gear will drop also.. same as u pull down the gear manually... so i dont think the gearbox will faulty lor...

Serve me well...totally stock... Can really feel the adrenaline rush when going above 200....if u like cut here cut there...it willserve u well....responsive handling...1 little devil of a car that neo...manual neo is always the best....with mod, and driver balls, not much car can fnf wit neo.....lords daredevil neo driver out there....they mostly drive normal until someone challenge them

Based on my daily usage,
Stuck in jam almost 2hour+speeding 170-180 at mex.. my fc only 9.0-9.3L/100km

Belum go first service yet lar....3 fuel up only....dun compare so fast.....I am expecting around 9-10l/100km.... Stuck at usually 1hr.... I tink my idling high 2 weeks....sitting inside car for like 1ur plus just to explore her.......hehe

Btw,im using SUMO semi syn engine oil...quite good...recently juz change from shell semi syn...
shell use till 3k km already black colour..but use this Sumo engine oil use till almost 4k still colour not turned that black...sumore fuel consumption better n engine more responsive...
anybody care to share the engine oil they use that is good??

rpm at 170kmh at 3rd gear for auto will be 6500rpm. well thats for mine though. dont know bout others.

ur car got full exhaust system mah. i wonder wat will happen if the exora cfe is modded with full exhaust system and all those minor mods.

u can shift into 2?? unconsciously?? bcoz to shift into 2 u need to press the lever. is ok to play with it. just dont strain it too often.

never reached before. so dont know. but i dare say that travelling at 180kmh is no way to floating. the car still feel stable.

when there are a lot of space then sure kena smoke. but when u win in terms of balls is possible to outrun them. but car that exceeds 2.0 i wont even care to chase. no chance at all.

max torque is at 4k rpm mah..make it there and u will be at 150-160.

the pick up at high speed is lesser for mivee. but mivee took much longer time to go back to 180 when they slowed down.

nope. neo is with CPS. the same engine that pulled the heavy exora body. With extra 15hp more than our persona.

using caltex havoline where revving when reaching high rpm of 4k to redline not that rough and noisy. so far in here people used castrol magnatec, some used edge/edge sport. Based on past experience, shell is worst than petronas in their engine oil. but then, lots of articles mentioned that an engine oil that turns black faster doesnt mean that it is not good. Let the oilman the you that XD

I got my car on July 23rd, and did my 1k km service on July 27th.. Got free service for 1k, 5k, 10k & 20k including lubricants. I just did my 20k service last saturday.

During my first service, I use that Syntium800. In my opinion, in terms of responsiveness of the engine is more or less the same with magnatec, but with s800, engine sounds are a little bit rough. When I went for 5k service, I topup RM15 for the magnatec as it is priced at RM118 and the free s800 is RM103. Engine is definitely more quiet.

Yeah true.. The need of ABS and EBD very important.. And TC also shd be introduced asap to local cars thanks to heavy downpour loving msian skies.. Today itself there is a lot of accidents due to rainy weather and loss of traction..

Cost for Throttle controller for me is free.. Inherited it from my neighbour's demod-ed Civic FD2.
Normally cost outside is around RM650 for ori Pivot.
Emanage new one cost a bit lesser than 1k. However not advisable to install in PE cos performance is very irregular.. Sometimes emanage might work, sometimes it may cause the stock ECU to kick into safety mode. So resold it to another fella.

Sold out ady.. According to the SA there wont be new stock for Inspira 1.8MT next year. Dunno how true is my sos cili but they say the Inspira wont be available next year.. Probable replacement of the displaced Inspira is the new Tuah/Esquire/Persona R. After trying out the Exora with CFE, i seriously believe the new P3-21A replacement will be more powerful than the Inspira, providing a valid reason for its end of production and the new P3-21A to be in the above 80k price range sedan by Proton.

For the Exora i tested built quality was tip top. Turbine whine wasnt obvious.. Instead i was waiting to hear the BOV sound and the turbine spinning sound but the NVH was so good it probably blocked it out. And i tested with the radio off.

I would prefer Kurnia. Kurnia is a nightmare for workshop but good for consumer..

Looks like I would have to remove the bukit serdang SC from the list as it does not support u to bring ur own lube anymore.

No speed cut, only experienced rev cut b4 at 7250rpm.
Top speed i reached b4 is 205kmh.
Top speed for brand new totally unmodded car.


Haha.. I modded my car and use it like a manual cos im used to driving a manual car and this autobox is really c2pid.
So shd be ok cos after 29k mileage my box is still longer than a kardashian marriage.

Actually Kurnia there is nothing wrong with it. But as a customer u actually get a lot more benefits from it.
Kurnia has 24 hour towing service and they provide free towing for the first 30km to any workshop of ur choice. then the charge for extra towing mileage is very minimal also, it doesnt matter if u want to repair the car with ur own money or by claiming insurance. If claiming insurance the towing charge is included, if u are planning to fix the car urself then u only need to pay the tow truck the agreed rate.
Kurnia Adjustors only take 3 business days to estimate damage cost for ur car.
Kurnia is very lenient in claiming parts, they allow claiming for replacement for most parts even if the damage is not so severe.
Kurnia has good customer service - Personally experienced b4.
Kurnia allows claims for car repairs up to 6mths from date of accident. My car accident in Penang on 3rd July this year, claim only on 16th dec, all done without any fuss or prior notice to Kurnia.
Why workshops tell u that Kurnia is not good cos normally they only get reimbursed 1mth after repairing for the cost of repair. Most insurance takes around 2-3weeks.
So from a consumer POV, Kurnia is not much of a problem for us.
Etiqa however allows workshop to repair and claim for small minor cosmetic accidents without the need of an adjustor to assess damage b4 hand. But that only applies to certain approved panel workshops.

LOL.. the other day i was test driving the Exora Bold CFE, a lot of Vios and Myvi and Proton cars tailgated me whenever i cruised on the highway at low speed. All they got in the end was turbocharger spinning exhaust smoke as souvenir as i speeded away. Satisfaction truly guaranteed. A myvi mati mati tried to catch up with me. I admire his willpower, too bad he was in the wrong car.

On another note:
The reason i wasnt here for the whole afternoon was cos my neighbour receive a call from his another friend.. The other fella was suppose to go to KL for his wife's sister's daughter's registration of marriage. It was suppose to be a happy union, and most of the relatives were called to go to KL where later they were having a private party between both sides relatives in a presidential suite somewhere in KL.. Ended up what happened was the C-Class driven by the brides eldest sister's husband met with an accident. Bad news was the eldest sister died on the spot and the rest of the passengers in the car including the bride was quite terribly injured (they werent wearing seat belts at the back). So all of the relatives who gathered in the hotel suite to party ended up becoming a tears fiesta..

And after hearing the news decided to go test drive the Lexus CT200h. Went to the only Lexus showroom in JB. Went to see the car itself i felt very underwhelmed of the car's dimension. Build quality was typical Lexus, tip top and solid. However the SERIOUS LACK of cabin space for the front passengers and drivers, and the low riding roof line made the car pretty much a joke. Me as a considerably short guy had just barely 2" of headroom when I sat in the back seat. So if u are 170cm and above and plans be chauffered around in a CT200h, I wished that your journey is smooth and bumpless, for even the slightest jolt on the road would serve as a headbanger for u. Btw i didnt make it to test drive the car. Needed to go watch MI4 with a CKT mix Sushi...
