Fuuu, m14x selling at dell around 5k, someone in the forum selling m18x for rm5.5
But compare spec to spec which is more future proof?

M14x
Build My Dell
Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit (English)
3rd generation Intel® Core™ i7-3610QM Processor(2.3GHz with Turbo Boost 2.0 up to 3.3GHz, 6MB Cache)
McAfee® Security Center - 15 Months Version
8GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM (2 x 4GB)
1TB 5400RPM Hard Drive
Slot Load 8X DVD+/-RW Drive with DVD+R double layer write capability
MY1-year Premier Service with 1-year CompleteCover
Protect My Dell
Also Includes
14.0" (35.56 cm) WLED HD+ (900p) display (1600X900)
2 GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce®GT 650M using NVIDIA Optimus™ technology

3) Dell Alienware M18x
Intel core i7-2670QM
750GB Hard Drive
8GB 1333MHZ DDR3 SDRAM
Slot Load 8X DVD+/-RW Drive with DVD+R double layer write capability
Internal High-Definition 5.1 Performance Audio with WavesMAXX Audio
1.5GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M using NVIDIA Optimus technology
18.4" FULL HD wide screen

The only reason i would get from dell itself are the 0 interest plan
