my m15x is been 1.5 years now. so far so good. only down side is the uncontrolled urge to upgrade to better spec do.. its already struggle to keep up with latest games. and also cleaning and applying compound to the gpu and cpu do keep it in good condition. that is if its off warranty like mine is..

hey guys, i was wondering can i ask them to fix my arrow keypads as one of the arrows facing downwards is abit crooked and loose and i just realized that though i haven used it. Its been about 4-5 months my m14x.

its bothering me though haha but i feel bad to ask them to just fix this petty stuff. Is it possible?

This is an Alienware M17x R4 With Specs Below:
500GB HDD ( Single Only ) - You can buy SSD later.
Video Card - GTX 660M
RAM - 6GB

This machine is 5,999 RM, now if you chat with the support person give him the evalue code then tell him the changes

for example, change video card to AMD 7970 M, RAM to 8GB

They will give you quotation, thats how i got my cheapest m17x r4.. haha.. goodluck!

Today, I have all my Alienware systems fixed!

Here is my blog link to show my satisfaction with Dell's on-site service. They basically replaced the whole M11x bottom panel for me because the rubber feet fell off, causing heat issue. Thanks alot Dell!

i sell off alienware 2x3gb ram then i swap to 3x 4gb value ram
but sometime it will blue screen any idea?

Try unplug one of the RAM and do it for three of it.
Maybe one of it is faulty...
