@Saint_Kawa, I ordered on the 23th June and got it at 29th June (EDD is 6th July). How did you spec your M14xR2? Maybe my early arrival is due to my mistake of choosing the 1TB 5400rpm instead of the more desirable 750GB HDD + 32GB mSATA?

yeah was looking if he is going to give more discount after the -12%.

I actually expect it to reach to me before 1 aug as i will be travelling to other country for 3 months, but in case if it is later than 1 aug i could change teh delivery address. you sell the whole unit with your preordered customization?

I have the credit card for the 12-month installment so i decide to buy gem, i guess you dont accept that payment right?

Will replace the stock mx17 ram (8gbs) with 16gb of Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz ddr3.

So once I'm ready to get rid of it, I'll let you guys know! Maybe someone will be interested.

so disappointed with sales rep. waited him for a deal to scratch a deal for me, in the end got a discount even lower than that from epp coupon (epp 5075 rm, their final discount with no freebies/whatsover 5279)... wasted my time.

I am facing some weird experience with my windows 7 in my newly purchased m14xR2....Here is the link

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWdVrSUhvLE

Everything was working fine in the day before and i started to encounter this on yesterday night. At first i thought my SSD got problem..so i try to reboot it, check the firmware...everything seems ok....then i thought it might be the Intel HD graphic driver issue...i tried to reinstall the driver and everything related to Intel chipset for HM77 motherboard.....this problem was disappear after few reboot but it came again after another reboot....

Anyone had this experience before? I got another Dell Studio XPS 1643, also using Home Premium 64 bit....never had this issue before....is it a bug of W7 or something was not correctly configure with my m14x? blink.gif blink.gif cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

Appreciate your comment.... icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

Going with 16gb (for some work purposes), but since I won't be upgrading via Dell (since it's ridiculously priced) I'll be getting it some other place. Won't be keeping the 8gb that comes with the system, so might as well get rid of it smile.gif Prefer to have 2 x8gb sticks instead.

So yeah, wish there was some other way I could do this but this is it I think.
