Hey thx for the recommendation. Just saw the technical specification of it and found that the impedance of both headphone is quite high for me(36 and 48 respectively). So is my mobile gadget enough power to power it?

Hello sifus!
Wish you could recommend something for my needs, hehe

- Your rig (Ipod, laptop)
- What type of usage (music, movies)
- File format used in your source (mp3)
- Genre of music you listen to (im looking for a balanced cans)
- Headphone/ earphone type (over the ear, open back)
- Other requirements (comfy headphone)
- budget (500-700)

I've had ath m50. Sound quality is pretty nice but now I'm looking for a bigger soundstage and comfortable to the ears. m50 burns my ears after a period of time and fatiguing.

Looking for a headset.

Used for: almost everything, from gaming to music, so all round headset would do.
Budget : rm170
What I prioritise : comfort , durable , bass/clarity .

Thanks in advance.

You could try out the Sony MDR-XB41EX. Pretty big sub-bass, and I'd say quite well done overall. You won't get as much detail like the EX500 (although themselves pretty bassy) but for something that produces bass that low and that strong you can't blame it. Although it does go for RM200. There's the cheaper XB21EX at RM120, but I didn't try it, so I don't know what is sacrificed in that model for the cheaper price. Is it bass, is it detail or is it the good form?

You could audition Hippo Boom at Jaben. It goes for RM150. Dunno about the clarity of the IEM, but you can easily audition them at Jaben.

Also if you can find it, The JVX HAFX1X, one of the Extreme Explosive series. Again, haven't tried one but people say the bass is HUGE. Dunno about clarity. Audition one if you can.

Anything else with huge bass but with clarity that I know is out of your budget.

Hey there guys,I'm looking at both an earphone and headphone !!

- [B]My Rig: HTC OX & Asus Laptop
- [B]Type of usage: music + movie
- [B]File format: mp3
- [B]Music genre: Variety eg. kpop, english mostly ballads like Demi Lovato and Adele, chinese.
- [B]Budget : RM250 & below each. The lower the better.
- [b]Headphone/ earphone type: in ear & a headphone.
- [b]Other requirements (if any): I want something very comfortable for long hours & sound quality is given the highest priority. I enjoy bass but not excessively bassy.
Another thing is I've experienced a lot of discomfort with my previous sony headphones cause it tends to compress the end of my specs.

Thank you for the recommendations smile.gif

Hi guys, I need an IEM for running. I've an UE TF10 atm, but don't want to risk it to sweats and rough use.

- My Rig: Ipod 3rd Gen, Nuforce udac-2
- Type of usage: Mainly listen to music when running
- File format: MP3, FLAC
- Music genre: Rock, Jazz (anything with wide soundstage)
- Budget: =<RM200
- Headphone/ earphone type: IEM
- Other requirements (if any): Good mid, high with a decent low. Low isolation for safety. Tangle free if possible.

IEM in mind: MEElectronics M6-CL Sport Sound-Isolating [do they have these in Malaysia?] ; Feels Pro 90

More suggestion pls. Ty.
