Surprisingly that GNote get good receptions, even from Asian's size. biggrin.gif

I wear Dockers pants (known for their loose cutting), which I think with GNote in the front pocket will definitely hinder me from squating down.

And God forbids, 1 hand swyping just won't work for me on GNote too, thumb not long enough. *let's pretend I wasn't driving now tongue.gif*

Maybe because I am using my Tab extensively, so GNote just doesn't seem that attractive to me anymore.

Just... can't... reach...

I now try to compile user comment regarding availability of galaxy nexus in malaysia land and accessories to make one nice e-mail directed to SME.From my personnel view and my colleague there seems a lot of interest on this galaxy nexus and the accessories (docking ,HDMI to micro USB connecter, case, ext....).
*
Would the forum allow checkbox type of voting, meaning with listing of accessories, each person can cast a check for each item once. This way, we can have a count of popularity of which type of accessories has highest demand from members here. hmm.gif

By the wway  the GNex had restarted by itself.... for the first time due the bad signal ... i guess they havent really fixed the problem of low telcos signal ....
*
doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

Nvm, I would foresee that this will be less, as those places that I went, has weak 3G signal, but strong H+ for UMobile. So it's not that bad after all when I get a phone that supports HSPA+. thumbup.gif

hmm, how do you know its due to bad signal?  hmm.gif
*
It's a common thing.

Phone lags a bit when start to sync, and it lags like hell when your signal is bad.

it is a known fact that live wallpaper causes lag in GNex...it could be because LWP aren't optimized for ICS
*
It's wasn't that bad on S2, if it's not noticeable at all.

lol ignored it then totally no point getting it

No, the ip4S is really fast & responsive... on the home screen. biggrin.gif

Somehow it felt faster than my iPad2, maybe because the icons travel distance is shorter on the phone's smaller screen. thumbup.gif

:\ 32GB for my iPod Touch wasn't even enough (wish I got 64 LOL)

Look at it this way, the phone will last you around 1 year time, then there's a new Nexus in market again, which might meet your need for higher capacity. So, just bear with it at the moment. biggrin.gif

Of course not, I'm just sharing my experience, won't be able to speak for others smile.gif

It's there, along with Twitter, Whatsapp etc, just have to scroll down.

Yeah, I'm pretty impressed with the battery life, considering everything that it has to do. I purposely brought it up to full charge last night around 10pm, used it until about 2am, and throughout the whole day until I got back from work. This was the reading after I had dinner smile.gif
*
Very good battery life especially you had 3G on most/all the time! rclxms.gif

Did you use Viber yet?

Its a bit sad when you owns a Nexus One complete with the car dock and other official accesories, hoping that Google might officially enabled the Google Map Navigation in our country and it end up with a no, until the second I'm typing this post (even tho we have the Google office in KL).

Well, unlike non-JB iPhone devices, where you just sit and wait for the best, in Android, you just have to move your feet (or fingers for this matter) a bit...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1007132

Take the signed one and install it, you will have 2 Maps co-exist with each other. Installed Maps will have a green circle ring on the icon, it's noticeable. Though be warned, it often crash on some devices I have tested, hence I went ti the more potent solution, which is to root and replace my Maps.apk file with the unsigned one.

It works like charm! thumbup.gif

I don't have any other GPS apps in my phone, i relied very heavily on GMaps + GNav, though it's not the most up-to-date. GPS stands for "Guna Pun Sesat" anyway. laugh.gif

Well, i think its not that bad because it is the first generation screen of its kind.

iPhone 4 has the antenna issue, they got "awarded" Fail Tech of The Year. But people still buy it coz its not a big issue. Now the battery draining issue on iPhone4s, still ppl buy it.

Battery issue can be avoided as long as you don't use Location sharing for iCloud.

easy - RM1708 + RM300 = RM2008

don't know they want 1st month phone bill to be charged or not, if want, just add RM53 = RM2061
*
Doesn't the upfront RM300 payment serves as a credit where your monthly bill will deduct from the RM300 until it used up?

IMHO, those case designers stupid or what? Leaving the 3 golden pins exposed on their cases. Not like we could utilize the 3 connector pins when the case is on, right?

Seems to me, all the GNex accessories are not case friendly. Design case also tarak fikir baik baik. doh.gif

Guys, the battery is killing me  cry.gif  or all smartphone behave like this? sorry no experience before.

Running ARHD with XXKK6 baseband
Already close all auto snyc
All day long mobile data is on but with very light usage for messengers less than 2MB per day.
No gaming
No surfing
No camera/video (only front camera for face unlock purpose)
<10 SMS
1 or 2 short call.
Brightness <30%

All i can say it idle most of the time just for some messengers with my friends and at 5pm battery only left 20%. Normal? Yes I know i can bring extra charger to office, but that's not the best solution imo hmm.gif

Get yourself an ext battery pack?

Yes, smartphone sucks battery like no tomorrow.

wow so early have your lunch already.. jealous  tongue.gif

If lets say the telco price for the device is rm1800..and rrp is rm2099..which mean rm300 different compare you buy outside.. but then, the rm300 can be divided by rm70 of your telco's montly bill (but depend on type of your plan also..) and u got 4 months+ free to use the telco's line.. hopefully the device will go even cheaper .. however,  if SEP still got 2 yrs warranty or shop like SenQ who offer 3 yrs warranty, then both got pro and cons...

so i will wait till telco's price come out and compare..then only decide.. tongue.gif

Please take into consideration of possible bill shocks. Thank you. smile.gif

that's right, expose the 3 golden pins area are not necessary (or there is very slim case and still usable when dock?). I'm interested for multimedia desktop stand docking. so I'm not using any case now. looking for skin...

But I still have 1 question on the docking: since the power button facing down when docking, how to wake up the screen when off? and I don't see any any button on the docking...
*
Volume rocker can?

Barely there case is good, easy on, easy off. Will consider a car dock when I get the phone + barely there case.
