Semi-d in town is not gated n guarded,
Design not classy.

KIP nowdays ok or not ? I remember going to their kipark puchong many yrs ago, nearly bought a unit, luckily no cos when completed the entrance road flooded few times and when handover some houses done framework oni. It looks so lonely in the middle of nowhere.

Better be save, go for well known developer like Inp, Sp, Mah Seng..
