What I don't like about this Harmoni Park is the traffic light at Kajang Dengkil and Dengkil by pass. Always very jam. There should be a flyover there.

as long as there is demand the price sure shoot up to the sky...

Yes It might very jam at peak hours because many vehicles goes to airports....but it'll over soon after jamming....patient...

Despite the price, this project may very valuable compare to any landed properties at other Dengkil place/Cyberjaya/Putrajaya/Salak Tinggi etc. , by just RM309psf, and it's only gated&guarded project in Dengkil so far...

Many vehicles going north and many vehicles going south.

You have to wait for 3 or more times of light changing before you get a chance to cross the traffic light.

Some vehicles from south going north turn to dengkil ( and then U-turn out ) just to avoid the traffic light.

I passed by Kota Warisan/Salak Tinggi and the site which is supposed to build Xiamen university and still see only the palm trees. Maybe I got the location wrong.

yes, i like this new fresh, hot and young PRC, i mean fresh oversea students.

Reminds me of a property location poll not so long ago between Rawang and Semenyih.

I speculate dengkil will be another popular place for Cheong in future.

Even the SA for Hormoni Park also preach the same story. G&G Semi-Ds for students ?

New interchange in Southville sure will benefit Dengkil !

It appears to me the area around the Harmoni Park is not the center. The center is actually around the KIP sentral area because in this area, you will find these developers' ( not in any order ) :-

1. KIP in KIP sentral.
2. IOI.
3. Glomac.
4. Xiamen U
5. I&P.
6. Sime.
