It would be good to make this pull out (if it's real) a big fuss so that the developer will really do something to assure the buyers. Agreed that weather nowadays is unpredictable. This CNY we will have wet wet weather unlike many many past CNY. Latest update: http://www.theedgemalaysia.com/in-the-fina...ll-for-lag.htmlThis post has been edited by 1282009: Jan 21 2012, 07:57 PM

Is anyone able to circle where exactly DF is together with Empire Residence & Empire Damansara? Believe they are all built around the same Bukit Lanjan diameter. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1593134http://www.iproperty.com.my/propertylistin...k_House_ForSaleI'm quite impressed the way below is drawn up by 1 forummer. http://static.lowyat.net/uploads/attach-0/...-1321285022.jpgThis post has been edited by 1282009: Jan 21 2012, 11:14 PM

QUOTE(cheahcw2003 @ Jan 21 2012, 11:42 PM) Someone has added Damansara Foresta into the wikimapia http://wikimapia.org/#lat=3.1780742&lon=10...93&z=16&l=0&m=bEmpire Residence is very closed to Rafflesia and behind the Armanee Terrace II, if i am not mistaken. Yes, it is. Thanks very much. I've a clearer view now. I'm wondering now whether Rafflesia and Empire Residence will be connected & if yes, the latter is belonged to DP, does that mean in future, we can go to DP directly from DF without going thru LDP .. probably I'm just dreaming

QUOTE(lsang @ Jan 23 2012, 03:40 PM) Any idea what's the name of the development located next(east) of "Flora's Lagoon"?? It's labeled as "Foster Estate Sdn. Bhd. site". Always thought that as a cool piece of land next to a lake for property development. Would b interested if they are planning to develop that piece of land Don't need to be that closed Those who bought Empire City & facing the lake/pool is sufficient unless of course it's partially blocked by future development which is now labelled as "Foster Estate Sdn Bhd".

QUOTE(kbandito @ Jan 24 2012, 10:30 AM) the price hike for the past 3-4 years made landed property a better investment for the years ahead, security and amenities won't make much different when you look backwards in the future. It really depends on each individual's preference and style actually. Some ppl have stayed in landed in half of their life and they might just want a change of environment. Many ppl argue that one needs to pay maintenance fees to live in apt or condo but do bear in mind that, one also needs to maintain the landed property once in 5 or 8 yrs (wall painting, repairing roof due to water leaking, auto-gate service/repair, GnG monthly fees if any, etc.). The cost might be equivalent if not higher in the long run.

QUOTE(accetera @ Jan 24 2012, 06:25 PM) Foster Estate is related to Mammoth Empire Group if I'm not mistaken. Proposed "Empire Trilogy" project. Starting from Bandar Utama all the way to Kepong LDP intersection, you'll see rows of Skyscrapers. This is year 2020. Are you serious?

QUOTE(leeyiksheng @ Jan 27 2012, 11:41 AM) I just communicated with the agent from MBB and she says MBB has not pulled out. As a matter of fact, she said MBB approved my loan, only pending some documents from the developer. Maybe you can contact your MBB agent again to ask for more details. Someone in page 32 of this thread also mentioned that MBB pulled out. I'm not sure why there's such a confusion or rumours. Competition?

QUOTE(spydermind @ Feb 7 2012, 07:04 PM) Thanks for sharing...but nowadays, all the specification looks the same......brick wall, quality lockset, laminated flooring, etc...easily more than half a million, but developer still protecting their interest but generalizing the specification. Actually I'm more interested to know the availability of aircond/water heater/fan points and hence requesting the spec from them. Yup, the rest pretty standard. Added on February 8, 2012, 2:55 amQUOTE(hywire @ Feb 7 2012, 01:28 PM) HSBC, alliance....able to get highest rate Blr-2.45...how about others?? Actually I'm considering Alliance also. Did they offer u Blr-2.45 with full flexi? Do u need to pay the monthly RM10 during construction period for the full flexi account? I know HSBC waives this. QUOTE(hywire @ Feb 8 2012, 12:17 PM) Yes, full flexi for both...rm10 for both too...HSBC not waiving it...just that they only charge it when yr acc is activate which is only after completions....means no charge during construction period. Yup, true.
