normally lock in period start from first disbursement to bank right?
that day i asked few bank.. islamic normally no lock in period now. but for DF , first disbursement already paid right? how about for newer block buyer? they will follow Block A,B too? |

can cancel booking? tough only they refund if you cant get the loan.. you already paid 2% right? so just cancel and get back the balance after deduct RM600? really.. good

One of my friend working on twin tower 60+ floor
Digi no line , celcom & maxis ok So very high floor depend the telco singnal strength too The tower at DF is telco tower or radio/tv? |

All depend the sale for phase 1 and how the economy soon From the brouchure what we saw only a proposed plan.. But the damansara avenue master plan confirm ? Or just a proposal ? Only 2 exit for SD next time will be a problem? |
