just saw the star paper today.. desapark also offer DIBS now..this cause by their average sale?
if DF not DIBS do u think will affect the sale? or maybe the 8-10% discount is the major attractive? |

heard from friend in maybank that from 2013 onward , Gov will slow down the DIBS facilities and stop this promo.. any of you heard about it? |

some condo, skt garden can access by any block resident card, some condo only that block access their own block roof top not sure how the DF system will be.. maybe DF also haven decide? too early to confirm this? |

any idea how the parking access card for DF? cause my friend condo the card just like smart tag, car window no need to turn down to touch ....
