just saw the star paper today.. desapark also offer DIBS now..this cause by their average sale?

if DF not DIBS do u think will affect the sale? or maybe the 8-10% discount is the major attractive?

heard from friend in maybank that from 2013 onward , Gov will slow down the DIBS facilities and stop this promo.. any of you heard about it?

Its pro n con. Pro, at least for new buyer to put in small capital and secured their home. Con are speculation increased and worrying those new batch of buyers bluntly enter all those high discount projects with DIBS and no capital for holding upon VP.

those high-end luxury condo wont give discount - Desa park ( only 3 % for selected unit ) , Sime darby VEO , even Seri Riana only 3 % ....

blockl A resident want access to block B sky garden?

some condo, skt garden can access by any block resident card,
some condo only that block access their own block roof top

not sure how the DF system will be..
maybe DF also haven decide? too early to confirm this?

mostly wont go for full flexi,cause every month have to charge RM10, will go for semi flexi..cause wont always take the money out

any idea how the parking access card for DF? cause my friend condo the card just like smart tag, car window no need to turn down to touch ....

maybe too early to ask this kind of question.. but maybe some of you have idea on it? TQ
