ya.. all the investor dah beli, then only left those want it for own stay..
sale start very slow.. that y they start with E-home can buy online.. Block D actually already show the slow sale...right? |

since there are so many unit in DF.. and mostly block A & B are investor.. foresee many unit will be let go after the completion..
just like Bukit Jalil Covillea where owner just took key and many unit to let go.. and some of them just throw the price from 620k-650k to 580k++ maybe too early to say about DF.. but i think for own stay DF quite a good choice.. the only problem is worry of land slide and high density with the car volume - maybe it will cause the road site will park with many car too? overall DF still consider one of the very good place to stay ! |

that day i tried with the ehomes system.. i choose a unit clicked next.. next.. until the payment page i log out.. just want to try how the site perform..
in 1-2 hr time, the sale office called me, double check with me with the booking.. then i said sorry that i just tried the system.. quite efficient for the sale team, maybe they check the online booking system time to time and call those ppl book online.. at least a good start.. Added on November 5, 2012, 2:43 pmthose bought block early this year .. especially Block A still can earn quite alot... bought at RM650-700k+ easily can earn RM100K after 3 years. sub sale you need to pay extra 30-40K but if money not a issue, then just choose which you like.. buy house for own stay most important we like it..
for investment most important we can get the return and untung... no best condo in malaysia.. all depend each ppl need. |

haven decide yet.. so far DF in the finalist.
went kiara east last week.. the block B will launch soon.. diff concept.. will be no fully furnish and lower the price.. went to see the VEO.. nice but only 2 rooms with same price with DF.. last few week almost book royal regent duplex.. but last minute give up cause too large 1950sft with higer maintenance fees and 2 floor always need to claim.. ( cauase only left bigger unit face outside.. other all face pool and very congest ) so see how later.. |

Omg... Let their child continue pay back the debt? I think gov also worried about the house price now That why they wanna build more entry level or 1mas house , cause price to own a house now really so so high Can't imagine a new married couple how to afford DF , at least both of them total hv 10k salary or parent sponsor Alot?
