DF was at iproperty expo this week. Think they are pushing to complete sales of phase 1 so that can launch phase 2 duplex end of this year

Actually Foresta density is not considered very high

Land title for whole phase 1 is 13.2 acres. With 928 units over 13.2 acres, that's 70 units per acre. There are other projects with much higher density...

It thinks it's the feeling of all 4 towers with 30+ storey all clustered together and sharing the same facilities that make it feel high density

For phase 1 land area of 13.2 acres, I took the information from the S&P which would be the land title indicating the legal boundaries of phase 1 n which will be vested in the MC's name in future. So the 70 units per acre density is correct

So if 21 acres out of 42 acres will be surrendered back to MPPJ then meaning density per acre for future phases is higher than phase 1?
