For those who bought phase 1 at Average RM5xx psf sell 10 years later at RM1xxx psf, ok lah, don't worry about traffic n stress over things u cannot control, be happy n in the mean time enjoy the forest view n facilities at DF

RPGT is tax on profit. Most important is to earn the profit loh...got wind fall or durian runtuh happy lah
If don't want to pay RPGT sell another 1.5 years later loh...maybe can earn even more profit dim... Life is simple, no need to make so complicated one... |

My SPA for block B was dated n stamped in July 2012 so 42 months will be due in jan 2016
