I took OCBC, it states 42 months... But I signed my offer letter in Feb, shud have waited longer b4 applying my loan la...

According to my lawyer, the S&P has been signed and was asked to be stamped on 28th June... So if everything goes well, I should be getting it soon la... Will update...

Nope, loan agreement not done yet... I shud check with the lawyer.. I haven't got my 2nd letter though asking for the next 10%, maybe will get it tomorrow... As for the credit note, I got it too and it's for 10% - 10K from the S&P price... The early bird 2% for Block A is already discounted from the selling price, so it will not be reflected in the CN, as I know la...

I got mine too last Friday... And it stated that the piling and foundation was completed on 22nd May 2012...

For Question 3, I do notice that there is an empty unit on 17th floor for all the blocks, perhaps it's meant for this?
