Do the pillars look a bit too "thin"? Any engineering expert can comment.

Just check ehomes, 133 booked, about 55% for block C

Think that the public carpark to visit the forest facilities should be located at the bottom part of the site n unlike visitor carpark which are inside the condo. Thats why forumner commented last time that public would need strong pair of legs to climb up n hence possibly discourage some public.

Anyway do you guys think more public visitors or less will add to Market value of DF?

Is this project bumiputra quota also 30%? if yes out of the balance unsold units of 261, 233 will be under bumi quota...

So later developer will apply waiver n mark up to sell to cover the bumi discount?

If you look at the model, the project is sitting on a flat land and before the slope of the hill. Do they need to excavate or blast portion of the hill? That will be too costly and further if the piling has to be done on the slope, cannot imagine...

Hope that developer will offer higher value with lower density for future phases rather than high density the Mayland style!!

How much did they increase price to drop out units? If Block A, B and D much lower than C, wouldn't people buy those? What is the price differential?
