today i sat in blm, the NVH is kinda worst than myvi, around 60-70km/h only.. can heard the tire noise... maybe is tire lousy or wat but i think shouldnt be so noisy one..

108hp / 150nm (at lower rpm) good drivability?

as a result of using cvt + tweaked camshaft (lower) + iafm+?

while normal iafm

110hp (at 6k?) / 148hp

NVH for Saga is quite bad honestly, i also dun have answer to it...and that noise is tire noise, mainly is midbass noise...now my full car soundproof also can achieve stock VIOS NVH only. and NVH for VIOS is worst among 80k price range car... doh.gif

the lowered output is due to the CVT restriction itself. The VT2 unit used in the Saga can only withstand a maximum of 133hp and 184Nm of torque. Maximum engine revolution it can sustain is up to 6,000 rpm only. The Persona/Satria Neo IAFM S4PH only makes the peak 110bhp at 6,500 rpm. If the engine isn't remapped, there is 0 chance to reach the full hp. TCU cut off at 5,750 rpm. lol

FLX SE and Persona engine are the same, juz FLX SE's HP abit lesser than Persona, but torque abit higher than persona...
FLX SE A/T : Max output HP(KW/RPM) : 108(80)/5750
Max Torque (Nm/rpm) : 150/4000
Acceleration 0-100 km/h sec : 12.0
Persona A/T : Max output KW/RPM : 82 / 6500
Max Torque (Nm/rpm) : 148 / 4000
Acceleration 0-100 km/h sec : 13.9

in all honesty, the CVT gearbox limits your upgrade potentials...

i wonder is it because of the cvt belt?

put it in a good way;

I can spend lesser to mod the car (stock itself is already capable of outrun some modded BLM thanks to the efficiency of CVT). Maybe can start aim for Exora Prime Turbo or F30 3 series liao.

probably.

if really wanna mod, then have to put in Exora Turbo's VT3. Max hp it can sustain is 163hp and 215Nm of torque. But then, 23-25k just to make the car sustain a mere additional 40hp. Mana worth it.

at most u wan faster way to achieve faster speed(acceleration) is lighten ur car...carbon fibre parts.....lightened engine parts...haha

if you really wan to mod in the future...maybe at that time you will think of manual gb swap..

dont worry, with minor mod like exhaust / mild cam / piggyback wont easily reach 140hp...but 140hp at engine is good enough..

tapi pernah heard of 1.7L S4PE oni. hehe

But my future mod in mind is quite minimal only, not trying to accomplish the fastest FLX or something.

- LCP
- carbon charge open pod filter
- 4-2-1 with swirl type mid box and straight flow muffler.

then thats it.
