Guys what is the difference between S2 AP & Ori beside Ap sellers warranty & Ori SME warranty. Any reliability & quality issues? What is actually an AP device?

Its been a long time since my last visit to this thread, btw congratz on V20! I'd like to ask about tether on pc, do I need to install something on my pc so I can use my sgs2 connection on my pc via usb(tether)? Please help, thanks in advance.
