I would say "outside" KLCC is much better compared with "inside" KLCC or even MV.

RM40... but recently I learned that to balance the light, we need to fully control the "deep" of the tone we're changing the flashgun light hence fully cover the flash head is not exactly a very recommended solution. Anyone would love to share more on this?

The lenses are not cheap there. Don't bother. even 2nd hand ones.

Nokia N8 = 28mm
DSLR with kitty lens ( 55 + 2-3 feet forward = 70mm)

Before I got my SB-900 was using my uncle's SB800 (I'm second shooter for weddings), rarely use gels as its no very constant in every situation or even different place in a same room(due to lighting + weird wall color). I took the old fashion way of using X-rite ColorChecker Passport take samples(flash) before real shooting. Take the RAW image and adjust in LR3 for the white balance and color correction then make a camera preset of it. This way a bit long but have more control on flash WB(how warm or cold we wnt) and other settings. But depend on the person if they prefer gels or CCP

Yea it's super cold maybe you can google, their winter is from jan till march! Maybe your company can go ski-ing I'm heading there on September but haven't decided yet how long should I be there, was thinking a month lol!
