no worries... not many ppl would fake a Invicta watch. things on amazon I highly doubt it is fake.

Hey patryn. Do u think this invicta is a good buy? for about 100usd shipped. Its quite a bargain, imo . But the mineral glass puts me down. I dont know how much trashing could it take :/

Have to start saving or go for the base 3 hands + date model lol...
In my opinion (doesn't mean much though), GP's full calendar moon phase has one of the most balanced and pleasing dials.
Thanks for pointers, Patryn33.

skip on that invicta, i bought one 2 years ago from the invicta pavillion stall and had problems with the watch not keeping time accurately, send it back and they still couldn't solve the problem.

for the money the Orient Mako is superior in every way. In house movement, nicer design (IMO)

people who own both the Mako and that Invicta says the Mako is the better watch. search around. unless you are after the Rolex Sub look and want to appear stupid when people realizes it says Invicta on it, don't see why you want it.

this invicta is using a miyota movement. And reviews on the net says that it keeps time quite well.

I like this model - Evo3 Big Date with moonphase, going for USD5390 at collectorstime. A versatile watch IMO, can be dressed up or down accordingly.

Guys, just noticed my 1 week old orient star retrograde has a small dent at the bezel. How do I repair it? Does polishing help? do I have to change the whole case?

Scratches, dents, nicks, dings are all part of a watch's journey with the wearer. I wouldn't worry so much about it if it's nothing major.

If you must fix it, probably can send it to the Orient service center and have the case polished.

Yeah, saw that earlier. Prefer a smaller/ dressier watch though.
Next watch would most certainly be one with a moon phase function.
