I'm thinking of looking for a watch that has a nice dial and baseplate. eg Mondaine or Hamilton.. I prefer something more to aviation look after Oris(Too pricey lor).My budget is around 2k.Any suggestions? Is Hamilton a right choice?

i said water resistant, not water proof.
brands like hirsch make water resistant straps up to 100m...regardless of the depth rating it also makes it sweat resistant.

and yes, i have a hirsch water resistant leather strap.

ya, i was looking for a di-modell strap called the chronissimo...but the distro here doesnt bring that model in...and im pretty lazy to order online...sure hit like RM500 for that strap with shipping all included

what the difference as far as leather straps are concerned? another thing i don't comprehend is the water resistant rating. so what if i wear my watch of 300m with a leather strap of 100m to a depth of 150m. will the strap break and disintegrate at that depth?

Any other brand to recommend? And what does the luminance that can last so long called? Gas filled lume?

BTW, saw Getat in this few pages, does its super lume same as like Ball luminance?

Omega constellation women's. Sunway pyramid wata time offer me 10% . Can anyone recommend me which shop can give me better discount.

I'm here to get to know more brands with quality as good as the famous ones.
