I suggest to write to Miss Cecelia Chan, UOA Group Property Director.

She's a lovely lady, met her once at UOA member preview day, she may be able to get the relevant people to look into our concern and workout something.

Confirmed, if nothing change, plus the final architect inspection and every approval together VP is in Jan

I dah sign the petition but I would also like to send an email or letter to UOA. Any sample letter anyone want to share please.....I'm so dissapointed with the chain fecing leh....I don't wana stay in a flat, that's why I muntah darah pay so much to buy Setapak green!!!  

I heard from Prima Setapak 1 owner that last time Prima Setapak 1 also originally comes with chain fencing, then UOA get majority consent to build Concrete wall.

Who pay the bill not sure. No sure if UOA pay from their pocket or use the money from maintenance fees.

I just know last time a lot of hanky panky done during that time, and I suspect money from maintenance fees and pay to ??  pocket.

Correction:

Prima Setapak 1 comes with brick wall but too low, resident paid to build higher, the height now.

I dont feel like sending bulk sms to 400++ owner to tell them what a bad job you have done with the chain fencing.

Its bad for publicity.

At least make a statement or compromise to how the concern can be address.

i sent an email to uoacare and there was an automated reply saying they will reply within two working days.

I think this is one of the problem as well...the general email may be too general(the one who will entertain may not have the power to do anything).
The next alternative may be the office itself(but that could be difficult-there may be other people whom will filter first before we can even reach the top)...aiii...

Anyways, found out some names in Reuters(since UOA is a public listed co, names can be obtained via some search) which could be relevant for the concerns to be escalated-unfortunately, no email info ..... Try googling for more info (perhaps can get some luck)...social media is wide these days(linkedin, twitter,etc...)

Ok, email has been sent to UOACARE. But like Starz_123 said, it would be nice if we can directly send email to some of the "big guys" in UOA. Now we can only wait for response.

I am really glad to see all of you show tremendous amount of care and contribution for the fencing issue. I am confident that we all will form a lovely and caring Setapak Green community in a very near future.
