Anyway, from this scenario, we can assume that car park building will be started in March...

Spotato, is the building back to white color?no more yellow rite?

White is base coating colour, I think the building colour will be light yellow wo... As you can see from then TNB building and the show unit....

I recounter check the SG Facebook again, is stated 22 level, may be a mistake ?? By UOA??...anyway thanks for the nice photo... When the level 2 show unit is ready for visit , pls highlight....so that all of us can pay a visit there..

Added on March 6, 2012, 10:56 pmActually for Condominium, the water charges suppose pay to management office one. How come now we have to apply the Syabas water account separately leh?

Even buy second hand apartment/condominium, we are not required to change name in Syabas one...

Anyone can answer?

Hello guys, here another bought for own-stay SG owner ..

Regarding the Syabas registration, for the new condos, also apartments and flats, individual meter installation is available rather than the old bulk meter system concept... But, I'm not sure is this something compulsory. This thing was first arisen back in year 2008 whenever Selangor state government announced the free water supply for the first 20 cubic metres for household.

* Syabas is not only the water supplier for Selangor, but also for KL (SG - Mukim Setapak) and Putrajaya.

Regarding the show-units (demo-units), I did check with SG office when I called for some other thing, she didn't mention clearly since the person I spoken to she is not belongs to the construction department; For now, the demo-units should be used as the Sample-Units for the construction & ID workers, but might open and then for sale at a later time? ...
