this is very depends on the developer one...some early some late...dun know uoa style is how...maybe previous uoa dev buyer can tell...

C type very good price psf la. A & D a bit higher price

All in all, Cant compare the psf before and after. Low psf but also involve higher risk compare with those who bought later.

Pass by today, workers are dismantling their show room.
I think they will build the multilevel car park and facilities soon.

SP, has UOA billed u for electrical wiring, plumbing, telephone trucking and cabling? If, so, then u are billed for almost 55percent already. I guess if you hv wiring , plumbing, then can start appliy for utilities? Yes/ no? biggrin.gif


Sewerage, drain and roads, I think they can do very fast. I guess most likely can get vp by end of this year.
