glad to see SG is progressing well. Latest PV selling $420 for 1313sf. I think SG can commond higher.

more than dat. look at the condo specifications, facade, security, privacy, facilities SG is better than PV. If compare the current market price for both SG and PV, is a huge different.

more expensive getting better quality is fair enough. if pv buyer not agree of this, always can make visit to SG sales showoffice.

PV launching price is much cheaper. PV buyer already earn more than 150k. SG i believe current selling price should be higher than 400/sqft.

UOA sent email today to all buyers of SG infoming application to apply for electrivity and water. Requested for emergency contact details for purpose of the application for each unit.

just checked with uoa, they now selling SG 22th floor, 1362sqft for 597k. so it is selling for 438 psf.

but uoa soft launched SG lasttime min from 330 psf. how u earn 150k if uoa only asking 400 psft? Ansonian, u r PV owner or SG owner?

the gap between PV and SG now is only 100 psf. but bear in mind that SG is under construction now. the gap would become much more obvious once SG VP and receive CF.

I bought below 300 psf. I bought at very early stage la just looking at a piece of chart. I don't expect it can raise above 400 psf by that time. I also hv pv like many buyers here. Mostly r live at Setapak wah

below 300 psf for SG for middle floor? assuming u bought at first day of soft launch n u were entitle to 8% discount. after minus discount the price is still slightly obove 300 psf (SG owner pls correct me if i were wrong). what is the exact price and which floor that u bought?

17th floor has been billed already for the third progressive payment of 15%. Uoa too fast. Think maybe can get end of this year.
