what kind of compression do u guys use?

on my new setup 2500k..i use silver compression on block..rm31 each sweat.gif

btw..should have accepted ur offer last time..now 3930k and RivE at home collecting dust..

btw as u can see from my mod..i mount rx240 in front and currently having ek rad on top..front will be push and pull and the top one might be just pull..

for pull..what fan is good for it?planning to take the avc fan..but currently using f12 for pull..any recommendation?

Are those hose clamps that sell at hardware store work for barbs on PC water cooling system? Are they safe from leak?

They work of course. Just make sure you find the right size for tubing you using.

They save you from leak when water temp heat up or u got high pressure loop by preventing the tube being break off from you barb.

So basically both PC WC shops and hardware stores are selling exactly the same hose clamp right. I've some plastic hose clamps, but from what I heard those plastics one are not reliable, that's why I'm looking for metal one.

I use the stainless steel version worm drive hose clamp. THat way it when water get on to the clamp won't rust.
Just get the 04 version 9-18mm. MY tubes are 16mm this clamp works great
the hose clamp works better because you can tighten harder and is easier to see they are not lock down versus compression

compression looks better though. Stainless steel hose clamps are rm2.50 each in bulk

Actually I've already bought some compression fittings, but not enough to fit them all. So I'm thinking to use hose clamps on those barbs that hidden from view, compression will use it on viewable area of course.

Also beside tesco and giant, where can I buy spritzer distilled water? Prefer convenience store such as 7-11.
