i think it's normal. Motor resonance, case honey comb vents, air flow turbulence, rad fin density & thickness, vibration, fans not tighten enough or use 2-3 screws
If you were expecting silence, then GT is the wrong fan for you.
There is no fan that is silent at 1850 RPM. It will make some noise.
Noise will get louder when the fans are placed side by side.
if you want quieter, you can tune down the speed with a fan controller.
that's the function of fan controller.

edy pm/ask almost all esp lyn seller ler.... dont bring in black sparkle coz no demand... at least 10 pieces per order to bring in... comp fittings still considerable but 45 n 90....

using the P8Z68-V asus board
you would need something like the koolance mosfet block or watercooled mosfet block. I used Larkooler because it was available locally.
You need to make the mounting plates for the respective mosfet blocks. This would require machining or a laser cut for the bracket.
total cost for the brackets and the larkooler blocks for a 2 mosfet blocks was rm200
next time when need to change motherboard spend about rm30 to change the mounting plates for the new motherboard

mosfet blocks when priming reach to 60C in a haf chassis, so the mosfet chips are around 65C-68C
they do benefit from watercooling

did some cleaning works for the tube and blocks.

dettol lemon shower gel for the tube
using long screw driver and clean cloth
wrap the screw driver with the cloth and make sure the cloth is wet using water+shower gel.
then u know the drill.
for the blocks i used ketchup aka tomato sauce.
