Anyone using air purifier in the house, what brand? It seems limited @ electrical shops. Had viewed Sharp brand only...

Recently bought a Honeywell DA-5018 to solve dust issue in my room. Seems to be working well. Was comparing it to the AAF PA200 but decided to get the honeywell. seems more reliable/powerful and I have no need for the other features.

Bought it from the honeywell shop in Tropicana City Mall since its the cheapest place i could find selling it..RM89x with free extra HEPA filter worth around RM200.

Tested effectively remove odor in my room. Personal experienced this, my little cat sick and cirit-birit at my car porch, the ammonia smell make entire living room (rented one) very "yucks", so I tested the sharp by turning it for 30 minutes, after out from bath, fresh air remain in my room thumbup.gif

anti-oxidation (deoxidize) is good for human health, negative ion will prevent human body to oxidize smile.gif

Herm, I macam never see such purifier, another good thing for air purifier is you can remove the odors on your clothes/towel by putting it above the purifier for 30 minutes, this is what I saw from the instruction of the sharp purifier biggrin.gif, tested it with my pillow, put there 1 minutes, no smell d

The air blow out from the air purifier is not strong, it is almost like a stand fan below speed 1, I guess ATM those manufacturer will not combine both of them, as they are reducing their margin perhaps ? tongue.gif
