Looking for slot leather pouch, looks nicer. In the meantime, using the Nokia 770 Tablet pouch.

QUOTE(cHiLdHo0drEaMz @ Nov 26 2011, 02:42 PM) good for you bro coz having Nokia 770 Tablet pouch. I direct frm nokia n73 to gnote. so have to buy it Accessories are personal preferences. IMO, I feel that any flip cases that encases the entire phone just adds bulk, and the Note is already a big phone. The free flip case/cover is as much I willing to go in terms of adding bulk, no more.I totally understand your predicament though. I spent the entire evening yesterday looking for a case for the Note, and I can't find any that doesn't add bulk, or aren't tacky or cheesy looking. I believe we've moved past the PocketPC days to not use those PielFramas type cases, personally I feel they're ugly. It hides the form factor of the slim Note. A pouch wouldn't hide the form factor, only protects it, when I take it out of the pouch when I need to use it, it is still slim and manageable in my hands. Adding bulk with thick cases only makes handling the Note in it unwieldy, unless you have giant Ronald McDonalds hands. This post has been edited by stringfellow: Nov 26 2011, 02:50 PM |

Personal preference for the most ideal Note accessories:-
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Those accessories keep bulk down, easy to pack it in your bag or jeans/pants pocket and move around. Plus the SP itself doesn't dilute the screen clarity when applied, it's a shame to degrade that gorgeous screen with cheap SPs. This post has been edited by stringfellow: Nov 26 2011, 02:58 PM |

Was initially looking into getting a universal GPS holder for the Note as some sort of makeshift stand for the Note, but looking at the options offered at LYP yesterday, every single one of them looks like they're about to EAT the Note alive, so big, bulky, and UGLY.
If only they make the Spiderpodium type holder, but for a GPS holder type. www.breffo.com The enveloping "fingers" are slim, and out of the way, therefore I can concentrate on looking at the beautiful Note screen rather than the ugly generic GPS holders they have in the market now. |

Battery life as good as hk rom xxk1 Added on November 26, 2011, 4:34 pmafter applying Martin Fields sp on my gnote, there are more noticeable finger print. That means the naked gnote screen does such a good job at repelling finger prints. This post has been edited by h11g: Nov 26 2011, 04:34 PM |

My last experience with MartinFields SPs is that that they are thicker than normal SP, and more prone to fingerprints. More like Wrapsol or Bodyguardz than Powersupport or SGP quality.
MartinFields SPs are fine once upon a time ago during the PocketPC days where the input device was stylus on resistive screen which requires harder pokings, but during these days and age of capacitive screen of the touchscreen, they are too thick to be accurate on registering light touches and pressure sensitivities, which the Note/Wacom technology uses. |
