If you are rich enough to pay $20 daily for the car VEP, the RM6.20 means nothing to you. the $20 it self its already RM49.
If you say u are poor, u can opt to ride a motorcycle or take a bus.

Well, I think there will be more folks seeking to rent room/HDB in SG.  So it would be great for those who are renting out their rooms.  Maybe the good thing is that it will reduce the traffic going through the causeway.

i agree with this as well. just follow Malaysia's rate. it won't affect me also since bike still free

friend just committed a HDB before his wedding this year. If the market price really drop by 30%, the difference is enough for him to buy a >RM300k link house fully paid off with cash.

If working Malaysia working in Singapore ...did the Singapore employer paid 12 %  to our EPF account and do we need deduct 11 %  from our salary?

icic plan to purchase a house in kuching sarawak for my parents. i work as retail trainee salary rm2k cant buy decent house  btw, will we still eligible for socso and epf if we work in sg? thanks in advance, i learnt alot from you. 

purchase house in JB got no prob... but in KL a bit difficult, need guarantor. if u plan to stay in SG, then u need to share room.

rental $350
phone $20
food $300 ($10 per day)
transport $100 (u will have extra)
groceries $100 (toilet paper, shampoo etc etc)

total only $870, u still have around $500+ extra.

so its still a lot u can do with $500. btw, that is just ur starting pay, ur salary will climb quite fast if ur pay is low.
