Bro i mean how to identify a good coach. Maximum how many coach in the club. Currently mine is 15. As for assistant manager i have 4. Physio i have 10 and all the scout i seck coz it's useless. Is it ok or u have other ?

You managing what clubs first ?? Lower league club or super rich club ?? The standard varies depends on your club standard. Like MUFC, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Inter, Milan are all class and rich clubs. So their physio's physiotheraphy are all 20. But for those lower level club, physio with 10 - 13 physiotheraphy will consider as very good already for them.

Mine is MU , but y so many physio. Is more we hire them the better in what sense? How to know which one good? by seeing which attribute? Same goes to coach. And is it ok if i have 4 assistant manager?

@doremon. It depends on how u like them to be. I have a mix n match genre of coaches and I only assign 1 to each type of training (the one they are best in) and the rest to lighten the workload. I have around 30+ coaches (some are not used), few same scouts just to look at player's hidden stats, 3 Asst. Managers, and 6 or so physios. Didnt bother to count them cos I see someone with that part of stats I like i just sign them.

O.o You can have more than 1 Asst Manager ?? Lol, now only I knew. For physio, the most important thing is physiotheraphy. Working with youngster also did some help if I'm not mistaken.

Let's work one by one. Physio what is the most important part to know off? Example : physiotheraphy mine is 20, determination 12, work with youngster around 18 or please tell me what else is to know of.

What to know the best physio. And if i enggage with 1 only is it posible to cut cost?

Focus on the physio and working with youngsters. Others stat you can just forget about it. Keep a few, and I dont really think how effective is it on cutting down the cost by sacking all the physios. Your players are the one that drag most money from your piggy bank. In Man Utd, Keane, Giggs, RVN, Scholes, Solksjaer are the one that eat up a lot money in their wages.

Focus on the physio and working with youngsters. Is that in to get a very good Physio? So if i can get both rate 20 is that good enough? Can i have only one physio in my MU team? is it posible?

What about coach? any specific details for them?

im not sure abouth physio's stats i just dont care about working with youngster stat cos i focus on determination and physio stats...

^ lol Ass Man hahaha... they are... especially my Baltemar Britto, rating d hot prospects i bought as useless and no future in football but the terbalik thing happened (Diego Tradelli, Carlton Cole & Cesar Carignano). Wanna sack him but cannot. So far the physios whether they are doing their work or not I dont really know cos didnt compare the healing time.

Totally not related at all. FM2006 only have coaches, scouts, physio and asst. manager.

if we have that many managers... ball knows who would wanna play

very easy only to solve the problem
keep them happy and slowly agree new lower wage contract with them
my solskjaer's wage is 7500 p/w
keane is 11500 p/w
scholes is 11500 p/w
giggs is 1500 p/w

all this but my pirlo wage is 110k p/w
