If you are using MU, just use the default staff. They have very good stats.

I sack all my scout coz they does not serve any purpose at al. Same goes to my physio all i sack accept one only i enggage. Coach i have a lot around 25 and assistant manager i have 5.

OMG !! You sack the physio ?? How the hell your player is going to recover in time should they injured ??! I would keep 2 or 3 scouts to scout whether a non-EU player can get work permit and to discover any release clause that I have to pay should I sign the player. Physio I would have around 6 for a club like MU.

May i know which is the best physio. Could you list it for me PLEASE . Well sofar with one physio i have no problem oz last time i recall i have 6 physio almost the whose team injured . So what different does it make. I also blur . Are u sure that the scout can help out the non EU players in getting the permit? . Care to share bro. After this i wanna share my training method (not sure if u agree or not) that make me stright winner and a draw. Never lose.

somehow, alan smith is the top scorer in my team. haha. rooney was injured early in the season, so i replaced him with smith. then he went berserk, scoring so many. now that rooney has recovered, dunnoe whether to let him play a not

How effective is your management so far. Are all your player well trained? Are most injured player becoming less? What can u conclude?

Management is OK but losing 1.x million every month im bad with financial stuffs.. training is always high (arrows cant go up any further) although not all stats reach 20... you should see my Ayam Robber and Wesley Sneijder, definitely my fav winger in this current game, all from my own training schedule and the mass robbing of coaches... theres no such thing as more physio less injury as the injuries are randomly generated... now consider OK with 4 players out injured but all long term injury such as muscle tear n stuff blahhhhh

hmm, it's really hard to get torres... i offered him up to 56k per week (tat's the limit my board of directors allow) and up to 6% increament..and he joined other team pula..ishh...

lucky i manage to get tevex for the price for 35 mil!! rooney and c ronaldo is out of my league because they are ALWAYS unavailable. since my total is onli 100 mil to spend, i tried to buy gerrard at 70 mil, then still he reject...sigh...and i failed to get sneijder also...the club agreed the payment,but the player join arsenal pula..ishh..

mid : robben, lampard, essien, kaka, cole, javier (frm brazil 21), s w philips, messi (put in reserve first season), solouman (frm holland age 19 - put him in reserve also first season), Bastian Schwensteiger (put in reserve also)

striker : tevex, crespo/drogba (wanna sell these 2, but no ppl bid), and i want one more....

i'm thinking to play 3-4-1-2 or 3-5-2 (to fully utilize my 2 strikers)...
though sometimes 4-1-2-2-1 also proven to be gd.

bro, Torres need around 90K per week n above, he wont settle for low fees.. you dont need those expensive ones to succeed... just get Carignano and Tardelli... Tardelli can basically outrun everyone for the whole 90+4 minutes...

GK: get Ochoa (9M) and Akinfeev
DEF: 100% Vincent Kompany (10.5M for me ) or Chivu (25M), keep Carvalho, hes good
MID: buy Moutinho (14.5M), and play Schweinsteiger often, ure lucky u get him, i cant buy him, hes very good, and play Essien too
Striker: Crespo keep, Guddy and Drogba sell, get Carignano and Tardelli

If you wanna spend that type of money on Adriano, i'd rather spend 100M on Rooney cos I found Rooney to be very consistent in scoring compared to Adriano.
