my problem is like this. I bought a new car and trade in my old car last year. However, I received 2 compound letter from traffic police that my old car was summon in Jan 2014 for speeding. Then, the SA told me the summon will be settle by the car dealer. Is there anything I can do on my side to clear out this? The car grant card is not with me anymore. The insurance policy also have been cancelled. Please help

You may want to make a Police Report to confirm that you have earlier traded your old car just to protect your own interest. Send a copy of the Police report together with any sales document and the summon back to the traffic police station, let them review.

How can we check the latest number plates? Seems the JPJ portal isnt working for a long time already.

JPJ apparently only does the practical test for learners to get their P licence 2 Fridays per month. Just seen a photo of the crazy amount of people standing around for the whole day - a massive amount of productivity lost with estimated 500 man-days lost today. My friend got there at 8:00 but has to wait until 13:45 before her session (3) even starts!

Why does JPJ only run the tests twice a month? Anyone know? What do the testing officers do for the other 18 days (assuming 5 day work week) per month?

Why wouldn't JPJ do the testing every day? Surely that would be more productive - people could just come and get the tests done quickly then go back to work in the afternoon so they only waste half a day. Or book afternoon test online so no need to waste the morning sitting around.

Where I did my test I just went to the local police station and the officer just came outside the station, stood there and watched me drive around the block and passed me - 5 minutes of his time & 5 minutes of my time.

I just receive a letter from jpj regarding Seksyen 114 akta pengangkutan jalan 1987...

The notice mention that they did receive a complain that i did "Memotong Di Sebelah Kiri" on 14/March/2014 (few weeks ago)....
However i forget that did i really do or not...

I have 1 question wanna ask that can i request them to give me proof (either photo ) that i really did ?

Do u all have tis kind of experience ?

According to the Lawyers, the documents need to be signed by my elder brothers.
