What is the different between bedroom and utilities room? any ideas? why they dont straight away put 3 bedroom?

Entry price tinggi.......may be ada ben10 guarantee for safety add the sentimental value.......  1 car park.....may be by default. Can buy additional car park may be. How much they sell for carpark?
