Design looks nice...similiar to those klcc or MK highrise condo design..but 10 units per floor...that high dense man..

total 220 units..still reasonable i think...depends hw many lifts serve per floor

was told from 550k, 1 carpark per unit

u all plan to stay or flip?

is it accessbile directly from NPE? traffic might be a problem during peak hours.

price starts from 550k? renting can be a problem.

is it worth for 2bedroom and 1 car park with the price tag? what is the selling point? by looking the e-brochure (looks like amateur work..LOL), the main point is feng shui of the river facing home.
