Where's the T&C that says the free drinks cant be upsized?

Actually if they did a top-up it's also free. Cos I remember adding double-shot espresso (RM1.80 worth) and it's free due from the activation.

as far as i know, clearly mentioned the free drinks is grande size

Yes, I got mine from other branches. It's a 2 in 1 voucher printed on both sides.

I think you need to register online to get the drink.
You can buy the card, go activate your card online, then go redeem the drink as you said.

Just tell them you want extra 2 shots or something like that. But you might need to pay for the extra shots for the free drink, all depends on their mood i think LOL

The Rewards Tracker for free slice of cake dissappear once you redeem it. No chance to get 30 slices of cake in your birthday month.

Use your good English to get more cake slices if you can.

You can still argue that you are entitled to a slice every day.
