To be precise, no IC no need to be specified, and name could be repeated. Lol. Only thing is email has to be unique I guess.

I'm getting an increase in blood pressure everytime I ask the barristas to deduct a nominal amount from the card, they will still deduct all balance in the card despite clear instructions.

Be ASSERTIVE in the request. Get the supervisor to fix/teach those newbie baristas.
When they swipe the Starbucks Card, the amount can be whatever they type in as.... RM0.10 also can.

trust me im also was so many times frustrated and i think getting famous within the customer officers/barristas etc as i complain each time on that as most of the time barristas always say can't key in the amount only swipe the amount balance if use several cards.

It shows Starbucks don't train their cashiers well enough.

i wrote in last week but no reply as i told them many times they need to standardized their tranings to all and stop saying cannot as sometimes they can be rude when frustrated when i argue it is possible but at the end they can't do it most of the time

i have redeemed at least 7 cakes so far , and non of them asked for my IC..

I agree with this as well, they just dun train them like they used to anymore. They are cheerful n all and don't show black face to you but
