That's a MISTAKE by the Customer Care person... Remember to "ensure" it's valid for the whole Birthday Month.

The Cake Slice reward is "activated" upon purchase of any beverages during your Birthday Month.
You must ask the cashier to check your card for the reward. It may take 5min to up to the next day for the reward to appear
