I Just registered my starbucks card and receive an email about "we would like to treat you to a complimentary grande size handcrafted beverage.

Which mean i can go any starbucks and redeem without any purchase?

i register one of my christmas card inside my old starbuck acc, it does show a free drink. izit need to register on NEW acc to get?

next year is 15th Starbucks anniversary, got alot of freebies and promotional...stay tuned

does or does not show a free drink??? By right it should not be any free drink as free drink should be registered on NEW EMAIL means new account. It is listed on their Terms and Condition.

I have a question..if SB didnt update my tracker (hv purchase 5 drink this week but the tracker didnt update), do they need the receipt when i call to customer service??bcos i throw away the receipt everytime.

Anyone tried before reclaiming BCard points for historical transaction? I forgot to show my BCard for transactions.

checked my bcard point found out drink bought from starbucks no accumulate in the bcard. if still keep the receipts, where i can claim back the bcard point? starbucks cs? or bcard cs?

I bought the card and a tumbler with it and expected to get a free drink with it. The barista told me that the drink can only be redeemed after one hour. WTF?!!

I went home feeling pissed.

I checked I accumulated 11points. Today went & bought 2 drinks = 2points. But I found out until now it's still not updated. Y?? I supposed to have 13points by now. I am rushing to get the Starbucks Planner

Does starbucks charge 10% service charge on top of 6% government tax? I forgot already, it's been some time since I actually bought any drinks from them.

I want to use up the remaining balance on my card wisely. The presence of the 10% service charge will make a difference in what I will buy.
