I bought 6 drinks last week and Starbucks registered all purchases in transaction history, but only gave me 2 drinks in the rewards tracker.

Have a question. They mentioned complimentary drinks upon registration of the card right? I bought the card in June and just registered. But no free drinks?? Is it has to be 90 days from the first reload date??!

I have a question..if SB didnt update my tracker (hv purchase 5 drink this week but the tracker didnt update), do they need the receipt when i call to customer service??bcos i throw away the receipt everytime.

They can check from their backend. No receipt is required as proof (better to substantiate).
Reason why these 5 drinks is probably because it's from the X'mas drink listing.

if my tracker is 9/10 can i buy 1 drink and claim 1 free on the spot?
