Here is my contribution to the scams out there.

So recently I got my degree and was searching for some work , Being not local , had seriously effected my ability to be selected for an interview anywho. In my search I came across a job in the classified ads the details are as follows :-

Job Title - Student Consultatnt
Description - Handling student affairs-
Industry - Some government thing.
Salary quoted - RM 3K

Naturally I was attracted to it.

SO I went to the interview , The Motherphuqer there then explained to me that the money is got my actually making calls to overseas countries and getting them to come to malaysia to study.

Safe to say that SOB can kiss my ass smile.gif

I want to know, is SK classic is Malaysia product? and is good or not? because I bought Water filter at Hepta Layer Solution Sdn Bhd because they said i won the lucky draw when I pinned my lucky draw and get the Home Theater cost RM 3988. After that, they ask me to buy water filter around Rm 2799 then can get the Home Theater back, so I only pay them deposit Rm 1000 from my bank only but still waiting product. They said after 14 days and they approved, I get the water filter, they will refund back my Rm 1000 to my bank account. Besides, i only have to pay assurance month by month Rm 58 for the water filter.is the company can trust? or SCAM. Do any people know about that? because many people said is the scam company. sad.gif

100 Engineers Lose Jobs Overnight
It was supposed to be an usual working day for around 100 engineers at Agni Energie Sdn Bhd Shah Alam but their day turned into nightmares when all of them suddenly lost their jobs upon receiving termination letters without notices.

An employee who requested anonymity told Malaysiakini that he was shocked to learn that all the employees were given termination letters with the reason that the company was not going to continue.

“We all came in to work as normal this morning. Suddenly, one of the directors said they were going to terminate everybody. They even gave us the termination letters,” he said, adding that he refused to accept it.

The employee, who has been working in the advanced energy technology company for the past seven months, said there was no problem with the company before this except it being inconsistent with the salary payments.

“Throughout my employment there, there has been no problem. Except last month, they said they didn’t have the money to pay us. They said they would only give it to us this month,” said the employee.

Guys, have any of you heard of this company: X-TREME DIMENSIONS SDN BHD

This company is at the Menara Yayasan Selangor right behind Amcorp mall and the position is Management Trainee:Sales & Marketing. Here's the link:http://my.jobstreet.com/jobs/2009/6/default/10/847369.htm?fr=J

Got invited for the interview which I attended today and they say they if I complete the management trainee program withuot a hitch I can become a manager and earn around 30k per month within a year and a half. This alone sounds too good to be true?? The office also another thing.. the people that are supposed to be managers and even the branch manager, or so I'm told, are all around 25-30 years old. Another thing is I looked all around the net (including LYN) for "X-treme Dimensions" but I found nothing at all. All I can work with is the description in jobstreet:

"X-Treme Dimensions Sdn Bhd - an affiliation of APPCO GROUP MALAYSIA, is a market leader in providing turnkey outsourced solution for international and nationally renowned companies. As a leading expert in Face-to-Face Marketing, we create opportunities and provide marketing solutions to enable our clients to take their brand, product or services directly to their chosen customer."

A bit fishy.

I'm now being considered for a second interview. Any ideas?

30k per month too good to be true. i think it's bogus...how long is the training? if 2-3 years then it's impossible a company would give u a manager post with such large pay slip. 30k per month is no joke. nevertheless, u could still go for the 2nd interview and this time ask more questions regarding the job specs, contracts and other important subjects that u could think of...

OK I guess I'll do that. They say I can get the managerial position within a year or so. Hmmm.. 30k. Tempting. But also dubious.

i would like to share 1 liitle method to better find out whether the company is trusted or not.

firstly go www.whois.net to look up the domain registration details of the website.

u will found that usually scam websites have no further details about their company.

all the domain name registration will be published in www.whois.net

pls check it out before giving a trust to the company u r looking.

Hi guys,

I am here to contribute a bit for those who are looking for jobs.

I have recently went for 2nd interview for X-TREME DIMENSIONS and the company is at Menara Yayasan as one of the people out here have mentioned.

I dont think it's a scam company BUT BUT BUTTT... it's indeed sales based jobs despite the position i applied(management trainee)

and the sales based jobs doesn't include direct selling. It is merely stnading at the booth like we all have seen people doing that all day in hypermarkets, chasing after people's arse and persuade them to buy products.

I must emphasized that the products they selling are for charity purposes and they are working for UNICEF n WWF.

For more details, please msg me or anyways you all want.

p/s : i dont think i am gonna take on the job coz i hate the life of doing sales.. tongue.gif

p/s: it's 100% sales oriented... no sales, no money

hope that helps smile.gif

cheers

i've gotten scammed before. Mind you , i couldn't figure out why i fell for that. I guess it was because it was a "Work from Home" and i was out of a job.

Was in Melbourne and answered an ad for Work From Home. They told me they needed me to help them send money to an Australian company they know , but need to send little bit to evade tax(some sort of BS , cant really remember what it was)

anyway they transfer AUD2k into my account. The next day , *bang* my whole bank account got locked. Went to the police , they told me it was money laundering scheme. Cost me 2-4 weeks before i could take out my money. Lucky i had 2 bank accounts and the one i used was my 2nd one.

So whenever i see another "Work from home" thingie that promises 2-3k per month , i immediately report to police.

Yes i also kena this scam few weeks back. This so called money transfer ppl will send mass email to all malaysians. When u confirm wan the job, they will ask ur bank account etc. Then they ask u to help transfer money to some other countries. they give u rm5000,u take 10% which is rm500 then send the rm4500 to the requested country. Did all the things successfully then Bam! Account is being freezed the next day and until now cannot withdraw the pity rm500 from my account vmad.gif

Hello, anyone heard of this company: Mutual Elements Sdn. Bhd.
I just got called for interview with them and I'm worried it might be a scam company. They don't have a website.

The position is Business Development Executive. The keywords that I'm worried about is stated in their 'requirements' as below:
• Extensive network of contacts in order to generate private equity deals.
• Assist in expansion of the market to grow the customer base and achieve company targets.

*update
Just called them up. No basic salary. Fully commission based. When I asked why they don't have a company website, they said that its under construction and hasn't been launched yet.

here is another 1 even funnier 1...

waiseng :wanna do some job that to earn extra money just by going out with women?
me:ok tell me the full details.
waiseng:have to do secretly cuz all women is filthy rich, just want someone to accompany.
all you have to do is go out with the woman, normal price they will pay you after go out is 500, which is 250 yours and 250 belongs to the company.if wanna go further, like having sex(with condom obviously) they will pay you 1k at the end of the day, 500 yours and 500 belongs to the company. All must be highly confidential
me:oh icic. so how does the company normally do these things? like arranging, finding the males and customer all etc
waiseng:most of the customer is foreigner like taiwanese and hong kong people, but got malaysian also, we have all those contact and most of our customers are repeat customers who wanna look for young people to go out with them to release stress. your working hour is free and most of your income is the basic + the extra tips that given by the customer
me:oh yeah how about the age range for these female customers? and how if their look not so good but the guys still have to entertain them?
waiseng:it depends on your luck bro, from 20-45, the look will be different, if your service is good, the customer will look for you all the time.
me:so how to start this thing?
waiseng:you need to pay deposit 1st to avoid scamming, this happen before to the company, because when the customer pay is directly pay to you, so if we dont have time to meet up, the money that suppose to pay to company will deduct from your deposit. you want to start with the going out without sex or go out with sex?
me:how much is the deposit? and do i get to see the customer pic first?
waiseng:u cant see, my boss will arrange for you, we need to take 2500 as deposit, = 5 customer, all staff can get back within one day cuz their customer is good, give lots tips, depends on your luck
me:oh icic. thanks for the infos ya.
waiseng:so do you want it or you dont want it?
me:No way. Thanks anyway.
waiseng:no prob, if you have friends feel free to introduce, cuz you can get 300 commision each, that why im doing it.
waiseng:the deposit is refundable if you feel that you are not suitable in this job, anyway, it is to protect the company from people running away with those money the customer gave
waiseng:it all depends on you, some of my staff also like you, their life is more hopeless, so what they do is borrow money from their friends but of course tell other reason than doing these things. and most of the staff, clear all their things within 1 month. and they are doing part time somemore.

from the first few msg i alrdy curious because if wan find gigolo don u have to see the look first then only can decide whether to hire this gigolo or not?
if find some guy that is kns then customer complain ma jialat? Lol.
