All other condo projects sell 400/sqft and above (Along Old Klang Rd, Jalan Puchong, Sri Petaling, Kinrara etc) but Riverville starts from 350/sqft for early birds is a good grab.

emm, let me speak fair here.

im stay over almost 10 years. living experience here overall is great.

less crowded, less jam, center in the position (mv-10min,sunway-8min,ikea 20min)
even peak hour in the morning (8am) i managed to get in bukit bintang in 30min times.
that's y i said in previous posting, compare to kuchai lama, i prefer here.
safety wise have no problem at all since we are guarded and gated. amenities here also adequate to us.

for this project, the location is just in Sri sentosa, nothing deep, goto npe,kesas 5 min.

got walking bridge good, can visit u, no car bridge, later sri sentosa jam tongue.gif

if you going KL side, shud be ok.

but going back at night , sometimes is nightmare, especially u need to u-turn.

Fair speak.
I tried to come out from Jalan Puchong near Taman Kinrara to Main Old Klang Road already 40 minutes in the morning 8:30am
Sri Sentosa took me less than 5 min to main Old Klang Rd

Compare to MaiGehGeh and other senior members, I am nothing lah.
I have to be hardworking because only recent years I invest and flip. Need to be hard working to find out more info of the recent hot projects.
Salary tak cukup makan lah. I have 3 children leh. Invest and flip to get some extra money lo.

I also dun know the actual launching time. My very close cousin sister work in developer firm. She personal guarantees me will make money and she promises me will buy back from me at SPA price + interest if I cannot make money wo. So I very confident lo.

But nowadays every prop at least will gain 20-30% upon completion..Depends whether have demand there or not..

Anyway, im not familiar with Sentosa area...but passed by Jalan Puchong everyday, saw that usually very jam from Balai Polis towards the PJ area...

My best experience is 90% up upon completion. It is a shop lot in Alam Damai.
