Hi All, as i know SGS2 is capable for HSPA+ 21mbps but using Celcom Broadband (Package D98) i can only get up to 1.5mbps. there is no way to see the speed up to 3.6mbps or 7.2mbps right ?

SGS2 is indeed capable of higher speeds, but celcom's network isnt fast enough to get 21mbps, theres no way to speed it up |
